1. Vote Purchases

All vote purchases are final and non-refundable once the vote has been successfully cast and recorded. If a technical error prevents your vote from being recorded, contact us within 24 hours with your payment reference for investigation.

2. Event Tickets

Event ticket refunds are subject to the event organizer's policy. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. In case of cancellation, full refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. SMS Credits

SMS credits are non-refundable once purchased. Unused credits remain in your account for future use. Credits do not expire. If you experience a system error that incorrectly deducts credits, contact us with details for review.

4. Organizer Registration Fees

Organizer application fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted and processed. If your application is rejected, the fee will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

5. Advertising Payments

Advertising package payments are non-refundable once the campaign has been approved and launched. If your advertisement is rejected before launch, a full refund will be issued.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us with your transaction reference, date of purchase, and reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
