How do I vote in an awards competition?
Navigate to the Voting page, select your desired competition, choose a nominee, and complete the payment process. Each vote requires a small fee. You will receive a confirmation SMS and email after voting.
Can I buy tickets for events online?
Yes! Browse the Events page, select an event, choose your ticket type and quantity, then proceed to checkout. You can pay via Paystack or Moolre. Once confirmed, your tickets with QR codes will be available in My Tickets.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept mobile money and card payments through Paystack and Moolre. All transactions are processed securely in Ghana Cedis (GHS).
How do I become an event organizer?
Visit the Become an Organizer page and submit your application along with the registration fee. Once approved, you will gain access to the Organizer Dashboard to create and manage events.
What is the Bulk SMS service?
Our Bulk SMS platform allows you to purchase SMS credits and send messages to multiple recipients at once. You can also request a custom Sender ID for branded messaging.
How do I advertise on the platform?
Go to the Advertise page, select an advertising package, upload your creative materials, and submit for approval. Our team will review and launch your campaign.
Are my votes refundable?
Vote purchases are final and non-refundable once successfully cast. If a technical error prevents your vote from being recorded, contact us within 24 hours for investigation.
