You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Votes must be cast through official channels (website, USSD, or approved mobile apps). Any attempt to manipulate vote counts through bots, multiple fake accounts, or other fraudulent means will result in disqualification and potential legal action. All vote purchases are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our refund policy.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated. Event ticket refunds are subject to the organizer's refund policy. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, distribute malware, harass other users, impersonate others, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system. Content uploaded must not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
OpenCast and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
